tHREE rules to fill out

Here are my simple rules to rule the gym

\Lift large:
do complex sets like dead lifts,squats,pull ups,chin ups etc.If you still do not bulk try out increasing the reps from 3 to 5.This is the best way to add muscle.
\Eat large:
Eat 6-7 meals a day.add protein to your every meal. never get hungry between meals.never starve or never overeat.
\Be larger
Always have proper posture and walk straight. your appearance is half your strength.
