PULL UPS
these are the best muscle building exercises.these can compliment with the fat loss too as it works multiple muscles depending on your grip.the standard pull ups work your shoulders,lats and arms.they give it great strength and power.It is best to do it after a squat set.this needs proper strength and is real judge of a person power.Try the set 0-8-6 or a set of 3 to death. you can also try a set 5-5-5-5-5 if you are fnding in difficult to complete 10.
BURPEES
these work your whole body.the idea is to do a set of 100 reps in all.Start with 20 then reduce 2 or 3 reps every set.this is a very good exercise if done in form and amount.It can help you burn maximum fat.In a super set do it along with a set of prisoner squat.
